Consob has given the go-ahead for the takeover bid on Camfin by the vehicle grouping Marco Tronchetti Provera, Clessidra, Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit - The takeover bid will start on 12 August and will end on 13 September - The Offer document will be published by 28 July – Cash consideration of 0,8 euro per share

Camfin, green light from Consob for the takeover bid of Lauro Sessantuno. Offer from 12 August to 13 September

Consob has given the green light to the takeover bid on Camfin by Lauro Sessantuno, the vehicle that brings together Marco Tronchetti Provera, Clessidra, Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit. The takeover bid will start on 12 August and end on 13 September at 17.30 pm. The cash consideration is 0,80 euro per share (paid on 20 September), for a maximum value in the event of total subscription of approximately 229 million euro. If Lauro Sessantuno reaches a stake of more than two thirds of Camfin's capital or if he has purchased at least half of the shares involved in the takeover bid, the offer will be reopened for five days (from 23 to 27 September). The Offer Document will be published by 28 July.
