Camfin, Tronchetti Provera at 42,651%

Consob communicates this by updating the previous 41,710% following the transfer of the controlling stake in Gpi (which holds 42,65% of Camfin) from Marco Tronchetti Provera & C SAPA to Marco Tronchetti Provera Partecipazioni.

Marco Tronchetti Provera increases his stake in Camfin from 41,710% (recorded July 20, 2010) to 42,651%. On the other hand, the holdings in Pirelli (26,193%) e Prelios (14,814%). This is what emerges from the Consob communications on significant equity investments, updated after the transfer of the controlling stake in Gpi (which holds 42,65% of Camfin) from Marco Tronchetti Provera & C SAPA to Marco Tronchetti Provera Partecipazioni. The transactions, all indirectly owned, were carried out on November 21st.
