Camfin's Board of Directors has authorized the purchase of Pirelli shares up to a maximum of 1,5% of the share capital of the latter.
The Board of Directors of Camfin has confirmed full confidence in the capabilities of Pirelli's management and considered that the current stock market values of Pirelli, referring to the global trend of the market, do not reflect the fundamentals of the company.
Any purchases made pursuant to the aforementioned authorization may be made until the 31 July 2020 and will be communicated in accordance with current legislation.
