Massimiliano Chiara is the new one Chief financial officer of Fiat Industrial and CNH Global. As announced by the companies in a note, Chiara will assume with immediate effect the positions previously held by Pablo Di Si, who left the group to pursue other interests.
"The appointment of Max Chiara – commented Sergio Marchionne – is the clear demonstration of the attention that in Fiat and Fiat Industrial we devote to the development of future leaders". In fact, Chiara had previously held the position of head of financial planning and analysis and business development finance for Fiat and Chrysler Group. The manager will work closely with Rich Tobin, current chief operating officer of Fiat Industrial and chief executive of CNH Global.
Meanwhile, on a very negative morning for the Italian stock market, the Fiat Industrial share dropped by 2,18%, to 9,445 euros per share.
