Between 4 and 7 July Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone purchased 11,04 million shares of the Monte dei Paschi di Siena stock for an investment of approximately 6 million euro. The Roman builder and publisher, vice president of the bank, is already a shareholder with a stake of 4,72% and has declared that he will not decrease this stake in the context of the capital increase which concludes today. In detail, Caltagirone purchased the shares through Fincal, Soficos srl, Capitolium, Caltagirone Publisher spa and sold through Mantegna srl.
