Also this summer the Wine Tourism Movement will fill the Italian vineyards and squares with Goblets of Stars 2022 offering the opportunity to walk among the vineyards in the moonlight and to experience the villages and squares with the starry sky as a backdrop, in the company of a good glass of wine in a happy union that will unite the movements of the stars, the planets and companions to quality tastings.

Eno-Astronomy will be the theme of this edition di Goblets of Stars, and in fact it will be the celestial bodies that will dictate the rich calendar of appointments with wine. It starts on 29 July with the "Guest Stars for the Opening Evening", starring the Moon, Mars and Uranus who will appear bright in the sky and will offer more than suggestive moments to wine lovers and enchanting nights. Not to be missed is the "Night of San Lorenzo", on 10 August, which will illuminate the glasses with a shower of meteors that every year makes the tastings of Calici di Stelle even more magical. The Moon will then become "super" on the night of August 12; the "Supermoon of the Sturgeon" will be the last occasion of the year to admire this extraordinary event, and what better way to enjoy such an evocative show than immersed in the rows with a good glass of wine? And our satellite will continue to light up the Calici di Stelle evenings on the nights of the 14th and August 15th, when it will align respectively with Saturn and then with Jupiter, giving wine tourists a real "stellar" experience.
Calici di stelle: an intense program of events to affirm a culture aware of the values of wine among young people
The realization of the event is the result of the consolidated partnership between the Wine Tourism Movement e City of Wine, a synergy between two national associations sharing the same goal: to bring knowledgeable culture especially among young people around the world of Italian wine.

Goblets of stars Veneto 2022
Protagonist of the Veneto schedule "Goblets of Stars Cortina", scheduled for Saturday 6 August. The appointment in the symbolic city of the Dolomites will combine the pleasure of a glass of excellent wine with the taste of a typical Ampezzo dish, all on the charming outdoor terrace of the Hotel De la Poste in Corso Italia.
Friday 29 July will be the turn of Azienda Monteci with the fourth edition of Wine&Relax. The tasting will feature the labels of the cellar in combination with the paella signed La Paella Del Conte, as well as entertainment, animation and DJ sets.

Goblets of stars Umbria 2022
There are 15 wineries participating in Calici di Stelle 2022, and the programs are full of initiatives: skywatching, dinners under the stars in the company of expert astronomers, tastings and music, nocturnal astrotours, picnics under the supermoon and exhibitions on the millenary history of wine are just some of the attractions planned in Umbria. Of note is "La Notte Delle Stelle", the initiative organized by the Municipality of Montefalco, which will bring the DOC and DOCG of Montefalco to one of the most evocative villages in Italy on the night of San Lorenzo, on 10 August. The labels will be accompanied by the dishes of the participating restaurants, as well as live music and walks in the historic center to observe the sky on the most starry night of the year. Cantinanamena will be the only winery in Lazio to participate in Calici di Stelle 2022 with the evening "A Piedi Nudi Sotto le Stelle", on 13 and 20 August. The event will be inaugurated by observing the sky with telescopes and with the narrations of amateur astronomers, followed by a walk in the vineyard and a large buffet accompanied by the company's wines. Goblets of stars Abruzzo 2022
In Abruzzo the event will be held, as per the national calendar, from 29 July to 15 August 2022. In the foreground the evening of Wednesday 3 August at the Aragonese Castle of Ortona, one of the most fascinating locations in the whole region, where it will be possible to taste the labels of the 15 Abruzzo wineries under the starry sky. This year the Abruzzo region has also decided to repeat the Cantine Aperte 2022 initiative, which saw the participation of wine-influencers and wine enthusiasts throughout the duration of the event.
