What taxes do you have to pay? The calendar of tax deadlines is in flux. With the Cura Italia decree, the government has suspended all tax obligations other than tax payments, personal income tax withholdings and contributions for the month. For everything covered by the provision and which expired between 8 March and 31 May, a postponement to 30 June is envisaged without interest or penalties. As regards the payments excluded up to now, they could be suspended with a new provision arriving by Easter, but for the moment the original terms remain in force.
Here are the top April deadlines to keep in mind.
TAX DEADLINE 10 APRIL
Friday 10 April was the last day to pay the contributions to the maids for the first quarter of 2020 using the new quotas. However, the deadline has been postponed to June 10.
TAX DEADLINE 15 APRIL
From 15 April the new pre-compiled model 730 will be online, available in read-only mode for the first two weeks.
The deadline for issuing and registering invoices for goods delivered or shipped during the previous month expires on the same day. In addition, it is necessary to summarize the fees for the previous month, provided they are certified by a receipt or tax receipts.
TAX DEADLINE 16 APRIL
This is the big fiscal deadline that remains unchanged for the moment. This is the usual deadline for the payment of taxes, withholdings and contributions.
- VAT: Monthly taxpayers must pay the tax related to March operations.
- Withholdings: withholding agents pay the withholding taxes made in the previous month on income from employment or similar, compensation for self-employment or capital income.
- Inps contributions: Employers must pay employee contributions for the previous month.
- Parasubordinates: the clients must pay the contributions on the fees paid in the previous month for the co.co.co and project works to the separate Inps management.
