Il Police calendar 2020 celebrates the centenary of the first Gold Medal to the Arma Flag and narrates the daily commitment of the Carabinieri for the communities through the collaboration of the artist Mimmo Paladino for illustrating the tables and the writer Margaret Mazzantini for texts.
Based on the texts created da Mazzantini, Mimmo Paladino, ha created 12 original plates which tell what is written through images in a playful kaleidoscope of colors and stylizations.
Through the art of Mimmo Paladino and the writing of Margaret Mazzantini, scenes of daily extraordinaryness are retraced, which want to tell the solidarity and attention towards others with which every soldier of the Arma every day, in Italy and abroad, performs its service. Acts of ordinary value that have their roots in the history of the institution.
