The Disciplinary rejected the request for a plea agreement agreed by the federal prosecutor and Antonio Conte's lawyers. Three months and a 200 euro fine: this was the plea bargain requested by the FIGC federal prosecutor Stefano Palazzi after having heard Antonio Conte's lawyers, at the end of the first hearing of the new sporting proceeding relating to the second branch of the football betting investigation. The Juventus coach (at the helm of Siena at the time of the disputed facts) had been deferred for the omitted complaints relating to the alleged match-fixing of the Novara-Siena and AlbinoLeffe-Siena matches of the 2010-2011 season. “Conte – informed Palazzi – expressed the wish that these amounts could be used for charitable and solidarity purposes and the Public Prosecutor's Office has given its consent”.
