Transfer market, Juve does not stop and wants Morata and Paredes. Roma dreams of Wijnaldum

Transfer market in full swing but for now the queen remains Juve – Here are all the maneuvers in progress by the big names

Transfer market, Juve does not stop and wants Morata and Paredes. Roma dreams of Wijnaldum

The dominoes have begun. The assignment of Koulibaly to Chelsea, as expected, led to the immediate termination of the Bremer case, courted for a long time by Inter and instead ended up at Juventus, which is now a candidate as the number one favorite for the Scudetto. What matters, however, is understanding what will happen from here on out, because the past week, in addition to the already mentioned black and white coup, stood out above all for the Dybala affair, finished in Rome after the classic coup de theater in market sauce.

Allegri does not hide: "The Scudetto is an obligation". And Paredes, Morata, Milenkovic and Zaniolo are missing from the appeal

However, there is no doubt that the great protagonist of the summer is the Lady, capable of adding people like to her roster Di Maria, Pogba and Bremer. This alone would be enough to define it as the queen of the transfer market, but the work is far from finished: Arrivabene and Cherubini are only halfway through, at least if you hear all the names circulating around Juve. In defense another central defender is needed, possibly on the centre-left: the identikit corresponds to Milenkovic, also pursued by Inter (we'll talk about it shortly) and, by the same admission of Joe barone, difficult to hold back in Florence. But it is in midfield that the bianconeri are aiming for the biggest restyling and after Pogba it could also come Paredes, made redundant by PSG. Of course, to be able to make such an investment (the Argentine earns almost 9 million) you need to get rid of the "ballast" Ramsey and Arthur, and if we are at a good point on the first (we are talking about severance pay), on the second it is urgent to work more, given that the budgeted cost (about 45 million) leaves no room for great maneuvers.

Allegri, who appeared very satisfied in the press conference released in the USA ("Di Maria and Pogba are extraordinary, now we have a duty to win the Scudetto”), he also wants reinforcements in attack and beyond the usual Zaniolo (it will still take some time, but the feeling is that the deal will take place), the name of Morata, considered the best Vlahovic deputy around. Dialogues with Atletico Madrid continue to be tight, with the awareness that Alvaro wants Juve and that Cholo Simeone, faced with the right offer (about 25 million), will give him his approval.

Marotta admits: "We wanted Bremer, but the economic stakes...". Now the idea is to keep Skriniar

The big defeat of the week is instead Marotta's Inter, who after a month (abundant) of praise had to deal with two not indifferent jokes like Dybala and Bremer. But if the first one, after all, was covered up by the hurricane Lukaku, the same cannot be said of the second, especially since it wasn't his friend Mourinho's Roma who grabbed him, but the historical rival par excellence Juventus.

"Ausilio had been working on him for months, but our conditioning linked to the economic and financial balance did not allow us to close" admitted the Nerazzurri CEO, before concentrating on what matters most to the fans, namely the future of Skriniar. “He's very strong, he doesn't necessarily have to be put on the market – continued Marotta -. There has been a request from PSG and everything will be evaluated, but people have to stay calm because the team will always be competitive." Translated: the Slovak is still on the market, provided that the buyer pays out 70 million cash, not one less. In that case the owners will give the go-ahead for the transfer, in defiance of team requests (the other day Captain Handanovic expressed himself in the Gazzetta dello Sport) and fans (a banner under the headquarters read "clear agreements and long friendship: Skriniar do not touch").

In that case, but only in that, it will go to other profiles like Milenkovic (which Juve also like) e Demiral, otherwise, the focus will be on the renewal of Skriniar, with the awareness that the balance sheet (the one in which Inter must register +70 million in cash) closes on 30 June 2023, therefore the "excellent transfer" can also be postponed.

Milan, gray smoke for De Ketelaere: 5 million away, Maldini waits until Sunday

In the meantime, Milan continues its market with the lights off, looking for those profiles indicated by Pioli. The main one is The Ketelaere, on which all the forces of Maldini and Massara are concentrating. However, the trip to Bruges did not lead to the longed-for white smoke, despite the player having expressed on several occasions that he only wanted the Rossoneri. The gap between the parties is 5 million, with Milan offering 32 and Bruges asking for 37: there is still margin to close, but Maldini will only wait until Sunday.

Should the yes not arrive, the Italian champions would change to other names (ziyech above all), but it is good to reiterate how the Belgian remains the first objective, both for the management and for the coach. At the same time work continues on Renato Sanches (the president of Lille has admitted that it is a two-way race between Milan and PSG, Chukwuemeka of Aston Villa the alternative) and on a central defender, who currently corresponds to the name of Hands from Tottenham: the problem is that Conte doesn't want to know about a loan with the right to buy, which is why the Rossoneri are also looking at N'Dicka of Eintracht Frankfurt ("let's see what happens" the laconic comment of the German sports director).

Naples: after Koulibaly is Kim, Shoulders also wants Simeone Jr

In the meantime, Napoli licks its wounds afterwards the departure of Koulibaly and prepares to welcome Kim Min Jae, already considered sold by the Turkish press. The Korean will leave Fenerbahce for 20 million, ready to sign a five-year contract worth 2,5 per season, but the blue market certainly won't end there: Spalletti has asked for another centre-forward and will be satisfied with Giovanni Simeone, ready to leave Verona for 15 million as soon as Petagna has reached an agreement with Monza.

Roma dreams: after Dybala it is Wijnaldum of PSG

Very different climate in Rome, where the Giallorossi people literally daydream. The arrival of Dybala he gave a further boost to an already enthusiastic fan base of his own (just think that 36 season tickets have already been sold, less than just Milan and Inter), especially since the Friedkin market certainly didn't end there. The dream is Georginio Wijnaldum, which is no longer part of the plans of the new Campos-branded PSG: the loan formula with the right to buy between 10 and 15 million is good for both, but the problem is represented by the engagement, given that the Dutchman has a contract for 9 million net until 2024. Meanwhile, the name of appears for defense Zagadu, born in 1999 who released himself from Borussia Dortmund: contacts are made and if they are roses they will flourish…

Scamacca goes to West Ham for 42 million: only the official thing is missing

We close with a shot that does not concern the Italian market, but a blue player yes: it is about Gianluca scamacca, ready to leave Sassuolo (and the Serie A championship) to go to West Ham. The Hammers blitz was decisive, offering 36 million plus 6 bonuses, plus 10% on any future resale: a maxi offer, which even surpassed that of the PSG, which never went beyond a few appreciation polls. Now Carnevali, once the amount has been collected, will throw himself on the substitute, with Pinamonti of Inter first goal (20 million valuation, also Atalanta on him).
