Transfer market, barrels at the end of summer: Bale-Real Madrid is done, and Tottenham throws themselves on Lamela

The most expensive transfer in the history of the transfer market is done: Gareth Bale will move from Tottenham to Real Madrid for the record sum of 93 million pounds, equal to almost 109 million euros (only partially offset by the arrival of Coentrao, valued around 20 million). A huge sum, almost unthinkable for these times in which (almost) all the teams have difficulty in raising funds. We are now down to the details, so much so that Tottenham is already planning the next moves to invest the enormous capital available.

The Spurs are finalizing the purchase of Willian from Anzhi for a sum of 35 million, but above all they are making great strides in the negotiation to sign Lamela from Roma. Walter Sabatini, in fact, has embarked on a flight to London, where he will meet the managers of Tottenham. The figure would be the same as Willian's, 35 million euros, while a five-year contract worth 4 million per season is ready for Lamela. Roma, however, in England (after having sold Osvaldo to Southampton) could also place Pjanic (Arsenal is also on him), valued at around 20 million, and Borriello, for whom Fulham and West Ham.

With the money collected from the sale of Lamela, Sabatini will be able to give the long-awaited striker to Garcia. The new name is that of Alessandro Matri: Napoli has offered 12 million to Juventus, Roma could take part in the auction and even offer 15. The other name is that of Alberto Gilardino, who could also be part of an exchange with the Genoa if Borriello doesn't choose England.

On the sidelines of the official UEFA lunch at the Philips Stadion in Eindhoven, a few hours after the match against PSV, Adriano Galliani expressed renewed optimism regarding the negotiations with CSKA Moscow for the transfer of the Japanese Honda to the Rossoneri: "On Honda at the moment there is no news, also because there is a confidentiality agreement with the CSKA – declared Galliani slyly -. When will there be updates? Only with signed contracts. Our offer remains valid – specified the AC Milan CEO -, we await news”. His sentences confirm that the latest attempt with CSKA has had positive effects: Milan will not budge from the 3-4 million offered, the Moscow club would like 5. The return to Moscow of president Yevgeni Giner is expected to organize the decisive meeting in which Galliani should take part in person.

In the meantime, a clamorous rumor about the Ljajic affair rebounded from Spain: “Adem Ljajic will go to Milan. He already has a pre-contract with the Rossoneri ”, this is the news launched by“ As ”, which therefore closes the doors to a possible transfer of the Serbian attacker to Madrid, Atletico bank, as speculated in recent days. If the news of a pre-contract between Ljajic and Milan were confirmed, it would unleash yet another storm on the Florence-Milan axis, after the controversy that broke out on August 650th between the Viola director Paolo Panerai (who had tweeted " Galliani is violating the regulation”) and the AC Milan managing director. A real international intrigue, which promises more poison barbs. In Florence they didn't take the news well at all, and the president Cognini impatiently awaits the meeting with the player's agent Ramadani to clarify things. The Viola already have a contract extension ready for Ljajic (with an associated increase in salary from 400 to XNUMX euros), who, however, seems to want only Milan.

Walter Mazzarri took part in a market meeting at the Inter headquarters, with Branca and Ausilio present. Having filed the arrival of Taider from Bologna (the player has already had his first training session with his new team-mates), the last few days of the transfer market are awaited at the Nerazzurri to try and score an important goal. Which almost certainly won't be Eto'o, also in the light of the denial that appeared on the team's official website regarding the possible departure of Belfodil in the event of the arrival of the Cameroonian attacker: "With reference to what was reported by some media - we read – FC Internazionale denies the possible inclusion of Ishak Belfodil in the outgoing transfer market negotiations”.

Juventus are serious about Geoffrey Kondogbia, the Sevilla midfielder who is Pogba's partner in France who triumphed in the recent Under-20 World Cup. Juventus emissaries met their Spanish colleagues to speed things up and burn Monaco's competition. Kondogbia, 20, is valued at 18 million, the amount of the release clause. The young Frenchman, however, has to deal with a very complicated contractual situation, because almost half of it is owned by the Doyen Sport fund, with which you have to talk to unblock the situation. Marotta is looking for alternative solutions to the total payment of the 18 million clause, such as including a player in the negotiation or requesting a loan with an obligation to buy. Sevilla, however, makes the barricades. President José Maria del Nido said: “We are not thinking about the possibility of selling him and we have put forward a proposal for a contract renewal, rejecting all offers. If a club wanted to make use of the clause, we would consider it an act of aggression."

Quagliarella is increasingly oriented towards accepting England as a destination: in the ballot are Norwich (Juve's preferred solution because the card would be acquired outright) and West Ham (the best option for the player who would like to live in London).

After the clamorous defeat in the Super Cup against Juventus, Lazio is moving forward on the market. From Turkey came the news according to which Galatasaray striker Yilmaz is very close to signing. The negotiation, carried out by Lotito directly with Unal Aysal, the owner of the Turks, would now be close to closing on the basis of 15 million for the Turkish club and a 2,5 million contract for the player. Lazio also like Tim Matavz, striker from PSV, who confirmed yesterday: "If one day I receive an offer from an even bigger club than PSV, I'll say yes." If the Dutch fail to access the Champions League in the playoff against Milan, the operation could take off.

Marco Verratti renewed his contract with PSG, signing the extension of the agreement until 30 June 2018. After a summer spent denying the rumors of his possible farewell to the French club, the Abruzzo midfielder put pen to paper after sun two championship days. Bad news for those who hoped to bring him back to Italy, in particular Napoli, but also those who, read Carlo Ancelotti, had thought about entrusting him with nothing less than the keys to the Real Madrid midfield.
