McDonald's first competitor in the field of fast food Burger King, expands its horizons. In a joint note with the Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons, Burger King has formalized the acquisition of Canadian coffees for 12,5 billion Canadian dollars, equal to 11,4 billion US dollars.
The operation was motivated by the famous fast food restaurant with the desire to create the "third world fast food company", with a registered office in Canada.
