There will be four phases in which the recruitment plan envisaged by the reform of the Buona Scuola launched by the Renzi government will be articulated. The reform will receive the final vote in the classroom tomorrow 7 July, but the plan to combat job insecurity in teaching, through 100 new hires, has already been outlined.
The job offer
The first phase of the plan is the one in which 36.627 precarious teachers will receive a job offer by 31 August. The teachers in question will be selected as follows: 50% of the places will be identified through the rankings of the competitions of 2012, 1999 and 1990, while the other 50% will concern the temporary workers of the provincial rankings until exhaustion.
The Extraordinary Plan
The second phase of hiring is the one that will close by 15 September this year, when the Ministry of Education will launch the extraordinary hiring plan for teachers of the exhausted rankings and for those who won the 2012 competition.
The online question
Teachers who are not involved in the previous phases will be able to submit applications for employment online, in which they must also indicate their possible destination in the Provinces. The teachers who will be called will have 10 days to confirm their availability and their hiring will become active during the school year starting from 1 September 2015.
The excluded
Teachers excluded from these phases will still have a chance, namely that of being called, again through online applications, during the school year already underway. The alternative, for those who refuse their destinations (in the last two phases the region will be moved) is to take part in the 2016 competition.
