Luigi Di Maio he had known since August 4 that Paola Muraro was under investigation. Therefore he too, like the mayor Virginia Raggi and the councilor for the environment himself, lied when they said they could not comment on the matter in the absence of certain judicial news.

At the beginning of August, Raggi had informed the members of the Capitoline directorate of the investigation into Muraro, who in turn had communicated the news to the top of the Cinquestelle. According to La Repubblica, on August 4 Paola Taverna replied to a message from Di Maio writing to him that the document on Muraro's position had arrived from the prosecutor's office. “Is it clean or not?” asks the deputy. “It's not clean“, replies Taverna.

The following day, the vice-president of the Chamber receives an e-mail message from the mini-directory in which everything is said about the Muraro case. “I didn't get that email, I read it wrong, sorry ”, Di Maio defends himself almost in tears in front of the directorate - writes La Stampa -, claiming that from that message he understood that the file on the commissioner referred to the complaint of Ama's number one, Daniele Fortini, who on August 2 had gone to the prosecutor's office, a story that everyone already knew everything about. Instead, something was said in that email that, at that moment, was absolutely secret. But the previous day's messages are much harder to misunderstand.

IERI (Yesterday) the meeting in Montecitorio of the Roman directorate and mini-directory of the M5S was very heated, so much so that it was described as a political trial of Di Maio.

Meanwhile Beppe Grillo, after a couple of second thoughts, he decided to go to Rome to meet the mayor Virginia Raggi. The appointment is for this afternoon, unless you jump in again at the last minute.
