The spread between the BTP and the Bund is rapidly declining following the hypothesis that the Letta Government may continue its mission. In Parliament, in fact, thanks to the vote of at least a part of the Pdl, the current Prime Minister should have the numbers for confidence.
With the announcement of possible political stability, even the differential between the ten-year benchmarks of Italy and Germany, which this morning had come close to 280 basis points, fell below the 270 point level and is currently at 266 basis points, just above the closing of yesterday.
