BTP ITALIA ALREADY FLYING BEYOND 11 BILLION
GOLDMAN PUSHES MEDIASET, BMW BRAKES FIAT

They fly orders for the BTP Italy. Requests have already reached 11,45 billion euros. Taking into account the trend in demand, it is probable that the issue, as already announced by the Treasury when the operation was launched, will close in advance at 14 pm tomorrow.

The European Stock Exchanges soar to their highest levels, then, faced with the not exciting numbers of the Euro economy, the Eurostoxx index loses a few hits.

In Milan, the FtseMib index lost 0,75% to 19.165 points.

Similar trend for the other markets: London -0.64%, Paris -0,77%, Frankfurt .0,55%. Madrid is worse -1,3%.

In Europe the banks and the automotive companies are down the most, both Stoxx indices lose 1%. Mining and commodity companies are up.

Bmw misses -4% in Frankfurt. The group closed the third quarter with an Ebit of 1,928 billion (- 6%) due to higher technological costs that the group had to face in the quarter and higher final discounts for the European market.

Fiat loses 2,09% after the sell confirmed this morning by Citigroup (target price at 4,50 euros): the high debt will make Fiat less competitive and exposed to the risk of tension in the credit markets.

Pirelli reverses course pending the board's accounts +0,79%.

In Milan, the banks retreated, Unicredit -2,21%, Intesa -1,86%, Ubi Banca -1,09%, Banco Popolare - 2.07%. Banca Pop.Milano goes up by 1,68% and MontePaschi by 0,22%. Morgan Stanley analysts in a study on Italian banks confirm their positive view on Unicredit: repeated "overweight" judgment for Italy's favorite credit institution, target price set at 7 euros.

After Unicredit, Intesa Sanpaolo is on Morgan Stanley's list of favourites: “equalweight” judgment with a target of 2,1 euro.

Mediaset rises by 3,29% after the promotion of Goldman Sachs to “Conviction Buy List” from “Neutral”. The target price has been increased from 3,6 to 5,1 euros.

Enel -0,68%, Eni loses 0,76%. Saipem's run continues 0,71%, seventh consecutive session of increase.

Sale Telecom Italy + 1,51%.
