Btp-bund spread widens, today new record at 228 points

Yet another record in the spread between btp and bund. The spread between the yield premiums that investors ask to keep ten-year BTPs in their portfolios compared to the equivalent German Bunds has reached the threshold of 228 basis points (+7). A not worrying figure according to analysts, which should return (and is returning) within the levels, however high, reached yesterday evening. What is certain is that the gap continues to cause concern, with its constant tearing, now practically daily. It is proof that Italy continues to be at the center of financial speculation.
