Three studies to honor the centenary of the birth of a father of the country like Bruno Visentini, scholar, professional, politician and several times minister: they will be presented today at the annual seminar in Orvieto promoted by the Bruno Visentini Foundation and the Orvieto Savings Bank Foundation.
The first research concerns "The regulation of Spas in comparison with other legislations" and will be presented by Gustavo Visentini, scientific director of the Foundation and president of Ceradi Luiss and discussed by Paolo Fraulini (Court of Cassation) and by the economist and former minister Paolo Savona.
The second research is entitled "Bruno Visentini: past, present and future of tax reform" and will be presented by Fabio Marchetti (Fondazione Visentini and Ceradi) and discussed by the president emeritus of the Constitutional Court, Franco Gallo, and by the economist Alessandro Giovannini.
The third research concerns "The governance of cooperative societies" and will be presented by Luigi Filippo Paolucci of the Visentini Foundation.
The seminar, which will be introduced by the president of the Visentini Foundation, Alessandro Laterza, and moderated by the director of FIRSTonline, Franco Locatelli, will also hear a speech by the Attorney General of the Bank of Italy, Marino Ottavio Perassi, on "Banking Union and governance of 'banking company'.
