For a democratic, secular and European Italy: this is the red thread of the book edited by Federico Punzi and Francesca Bruni "L'iconoclasta" (Rubettino editore), a journey through the articles and interviews that Maurizio Marchesi, parliamentary journalist and former correspondent of "Epoca" and of "Bresciaoggi" he wrote for newspapers, periodicals and agencies over thirty years, during which the sharp and independent gaze with which he faced the political reality of our time has always managed to identify the real renewal projects, starting with that of modernizing Italian politics and society to achieve a mature democracy.
