Not just cars in the US motor-city. After Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Brembo, the Italian multinational leader in the production of brakes for high-end cars, is also arriving in Detroit, which yesterday inaugurated its new plant in Homer, near the city of automobiles. In addition to the president Alberto Bombassei, the ceremony was also attended by the governor of Michigan, Rick Snyder, the CEO of Brembo USA, Dan Sandberg, and the CEO of FCA, Sergio Marchionne.

“In the United States – said Bombassei – competitiveness is high thanks to the reduced costs of raw materials and energy. There is little bureaucracy, taxes are lower and many states build bridges of gold for investors. I wish Marchionne the realization of the plan he presented and his premium project can only please us immensely. Among other things, Alfa Romeo was Brembo's first customer”.
