The yield on the Bund rises to its highs of the last two and a half months at -0,40%. L'euro dollar rises to 1,105 (+0,2%). This morning Bloomberg reports that a position of openness to the removal of the budget constraint is taking hold within the CDU, Chancellor Angela Merkel's party would be in favor of measures to support the German economy, which is experiencing a sharp slowdown.
