EXCHANGES AWAIT THE DECISIONS OF THE G7
MPS +4%: TOWARDS AUCTION OF BRANCHES
The financial managers of the Group of Seven will hold an emergency conference call on the eurozone crisis today at 13pm Italian. G7 sources report it. In the meantime, the Stock Exchanges are advancing cautiously, under the pressure (at reduced rates) of bank stocks, at the center of a possible agreement.
In Milan the FtseMib index salt of 0,28%. Paris is up 0,47%, Frankfurt is down 0,78%.
THEeuro it is trading at 1,241 against the dollar, down from last night's close (1,249). The ten-year BTP is unchanged with a yield of 5,62% and a spread of 442 points.

An important day for Unipol-Fondiaria-Sai: today the boards of directors of the companies involved meet to decide on the share swaps in view of the merger. Unipol +0,9%, Fondiaria -Sai +2,1%, Milano Assicurazioni -0,1%, Premafin +2,1%.
Good reaction from oil companies, on the wave of the recovery of Wti crude oil (+0,2% to 84,2 dollars a barrel). Tenaris +1,1%, Saipem +1,2%, and Eni +0,5% rose.
Heavy A2A which loses 2%. Even worse Telecom Italy -4% and Finmeccanica -2,5%.
Homes and offices of former IOR president Ettore Gotti Tedeschi they were searched today in Piacenza and Milan by the carabinieri as part of the investigation by the Naples prosecutor's office into Finmeccanica. Gotti Tedeschi is not under investigation. The Neapolitan public prosecutor's investigation concerns an order for 12 helicopters from AgustaWestland to India and the relationship between Finmeccanica and the Swiss consultancy companies attributable to Guido Ralph Haschke.
