Euphoric exchanges: they believe in the Europe-Greece agreement. Milan +2%

The stock exchanges believe it. It is the decisive day for the fate of Greece, and a few hours before the meetings of the Eurogroup and the European Council - which will evaluate whether to accept Athens' counter-proposals on the reforms to be launched in exchange for aid -, all the European stock exchanges open widely positive. They fly Frankfurt (+ 2,67%) and Paris (+2,66%), but they are also on the rise Milano (+ 1,9%) and London (+1,3%). The price list of Athens takes off, earning almost 4%. 

“The fate of Greece and the euro will be played out today for the most part – said the European Commissioner for Economic Affairs, Pierre Moscovici –. We have arrived at the absolutely decisive moment. Yesterday evening the Greek government approved a series of counter-proposals to be made to creditors. Proposals, said Moscovici, which "go in the right direction, which can afford a basis for agreement, mean that there is still a lot to discuss". Furthermore, he added, "the Greek government has finally understood, I think, that it is necessary to send concrete and solid counter-proposals".

Meanwhile, as far as the bond market is concerned, tensions on the bond subside BTP-Bund spread, which travels down to 134 basis points, from 154 at Friday's close. Euro up against the dollar at the opening of the main currency markets: the single European currency is traded at 1,1383 dollars, while on Friday the ECB recorded it at 1,1299 dollars.

On the Ftse Mib, at the beginning, all sectors are highlighted, but in particular the popular ones. The best title is that of Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna, which gains 4,14%, to 7,795 euros. Well too A2A, up 3,5%. on debut, Inwit– the company that manages Telecom Italia's transmission towers – jumped by 6,85%, to 3,90 euros, compared to the placement price of 3,65 euros per share.

Advance 1,38% Telecom Italy. According to the newspaper Les Echos, the French group Vivendi, which will soon become the first shareholder of the Italian telecommunications group with 8,3%, would like to increase its stake up to 14,9%. The rumors that have been circulating on the markets for a few days would therefore be confirmed. The French newspaper also adds that Vincent Bolloré's media company could pay 1,4 billion euros for this operation. Vivendi succeeds Telefonica in the shareholding structure of Telecom Italia following the sale of the Brazilian Gvt to the Spanish group, an operation which also brought it the stake in the Italian company. Five days ago, however, the last shareholders' meeting of the Telco holding which controlled Telecom Italia and which decreed the transfer of the shares to the individual shareholders Telefonica, Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca and Generali was held. Fundamental element, the latter, for the arrival of Vivendi, in place of Telefonica, in the shareholding structure of Telecom.

On Wednesday 24, the curtain will rise at the Alfa historical museum in Arese on the Giulia, the first of the eight Alfas to which Marchionne attributes the most important role in raising the profitability of the group. But the market is watching closely the news that could arrive from the USA where the pressure on GM continues.
