Vola Fiera Milano spa in Piazza Affari, after the advances of the Sole 24 Ore according to which the company is moving towards special powers for Expo 2015. The share is one of the best in the Milanese list with a leap of 6,5% to 7,44 euros in the middle of the day. According to the financial newspaper, a special bis law is being studied for Expo which would lead to an extension of the extraordinary powers already identified with the current legislation to the sole commissioner Giuseppe Sala.
In particular, the objective is above all to give greater powers to the Fiera Milano company, currently a shareholder with 27,7% of the Arexpo company (owner of the land on which the exhibition site will be built) by transferring to it the task of managing credit lines and opening tenders for the pavilion fittings. For Intermonte analysts the potential impact is difficult to estimate but "the news is very positive as the law would give Fiera special powers in the construction of the pavilions".
