Stock exchange: via Benetton, Cucinelli enters

While the United Colors of Benetton make their way out of the Stock Exchange, Brunello Cucinelli is preparing to bring color back to Piazza Affari with its cashmere. The fashion house, famous for cornering beige and gray sweaters, presented to Consob and Borsa Italiana the application for admission to listing of ordinary shares.

Mediobanca is the sponsor of the listing together with the joint global coordinators Bofa Merrill Lynch. "The Stock Exchange is an important step for growth, consistent with our entrepreneurial philosophy," commented Cucinelli, who comes into play just as the market is focusing instead on the next releases from the list (from Saras to Mediaset, the most popular targets).
