Telecom Italia Media shares suspended on the Stock Exchange. In fact, the Telecom Italia subsidiary is said to be getting ever closer to the delisting, and now they are just waiting for official communications on the offer to the shareholders to withdraw the company from the list.
According to yesterday's closing prices, the free float of Telecom Italia Media (equal to 22% of the company) would be worth around 108 million euros on the Stock Exchange, equal to a price per share of 1,05 euros, substantially in line with the stock of the parent company, which in the meantime lost just over 1% in the early afternoon.
Moreover, today the board of directors of the parent company is expected to approve the 2014 accounts and the 2015-17 business plan. It is probable that the delisting operation, which must be definitively launched, is also on the table of the Telecom Board of Directors.
