The shares of Terna and Snam shine on the Stock Exchange, gaining respectively around 2% and 1% at Piazza Affari at the end of the morning, in line with the positive trend of the Italian stock exchange.
Attention to the two securities is catalysed by the rumors reported by some agencies according to which the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) is close to the final agreement for the sale of 35% of CDP Reti to State Grid of China. If this hypothesis were to occur in the holding company, Terna's controlling share could merge, which will complement that of Snam already transferred some time ago.
