Stock Exchange, Tecnoinvestimenti successfully debuts in the Star segment

The company, supported by the Gatti Pavesi Bianchi studio as legal advisor also in the recent capital increase, was admitted by Borsa Italiana to the trading of ordinary shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA), Star segment, with simultaneous exclusion from listings on the AIM and achieved an increase of 2,88%.

Negotiations have successfully begun on the MTA market for Tecnoinvestimenti, one of the leading operators in Italy in digital security services (Digital trust), credit information and management (Credit Information & Management) and international marketing services (Sales & Marketing Solutions).

The company, supported by the Gatti Pavesi Bianchi studio as legal advisor also in the recent capital increase, was admitted by Borsa Italiana to the trading of ordinary shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA), Segmento Star, with simultaneous exclusion from listings on the AIM Market, and closed the first session with an increase of 2,88%.

Tecnoinvestimenti is the second issuer transferred to the MTA market by the AIM and the success of the operation confirms the expertise of Studio Gatti Pavesi Bianchi in this area, after assisting Se.Sa Spa in 2013, the first company to move from the AIM market to the MTA extension.

The Chief Executive Officer Pier Andrea Chevallard expressed his satisfaction with this further stage reached in the Company's development project, which began with the listing on the AIM market in August 2014, which was followed by various acquisitions and today the listing on the MTA Segment star.

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi advised Tecnoinvestimenti with a team led by equity partners Prof. Luigi Arturo Bianchi and Anton Carlo Frau and made up of senior associate Maximilian Papini, associate Jacopo Zingoni and trainees Maria Cristina Pezzullo and Chiara Iris Ruggeri.

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi also assisted Tecnoinvestimenti in the acquisition of the majority stake in the Assicom Group in 2014, with a team led by the equity partners Prof. Luigi Arturo Bianchi and Andrea Giardino, in addition to the senior associate Giuseppe Toia.
