The share of the Autostrada Torino-Milano company sinks today in Piazza Affari, which in the early afternoon loses more than 11%, clearly behind the Ftse Mib. On the shares of the company controlled by the Gavio group weighs the announcement of a capital increase of 500 million euros.

Through this refinancing, the BoD of Autostrada Torino-Milano has resolved the purchase of all of Igli, the vehicle that controls 29,9% of Impregilo. The society will buy from Argo Finanziaria (another company of the Gavio group) 33,3% of the capital of Igli and will take over the contracts agreements recently entered into with the other shareholders of Igli (Fonsai and Atlantia), involving the remaining 66,6% of the share capital.
