Stock Exchange, Sisal files an application for admission to listing on the MTA

The company that manages SuperEnalotto has presented the application for admission to listing of ordinary shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana – Sisal's landing on Piazza Affari has been long awaited: last October two sources familiar with the situation they had placed in the first half of 2014.

Sisal Group, one of the leading operators on the Italian gaming and payment services market, yesterday submitted to Borsa Italiana the application for admission to listing of its ordinary shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana. The press release was released late yesterday evening.

Deutsche Bank and UBS Limited will act as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners. Banca Imi and UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking will act as joint bookrunners; UniCredit will also be responsible for the placement for the public offering and Imi will also play the role of sponsor.

Linklaters will play the role of legal advisor to Sisal, while the independent auditors will be PricewaterhouseCoopers. Latham & Watkins will be the legal advisor for the banks.

Sisal's arrival at Piazza Affari has been awaited for some time. Last October, in fact, two sources close to the situation had placed it in the first half of 2014.
