Excellent start in Piazza Affari for Salini Impregilo which this morning announced that it had been awarded a contract worth a total of 410 million euro. The company was awarded the tender for the design and construction of 13,4 km of the D1 motorway in the northern region of Slovakia as the leader of a consortium in which it holds a 75% stake.
The start of the works, which should last five and a half years, is expected in the second half of this year. Around noon Salini Impregilo gains 12% to 1,86.
