The Milan Stock Exchange is once again approaching 22 on a positive day for European markets awaiting Mario Draghi's intervention, the first since the announcement of the end of Quantitative Easing. Brent prices are broadly stable on the back of the rise of drilling rigs in the US, which could lead to more production. The Brent contract is up 69 cents to 77,80 dollars a barrel, Wti at 73,68 dollars a barrel.

Eni +0,2%. JP Morgan raises the target price to 16 euros from 14 euros. Tenaris + 2,5%.

Saipem +3,9%, is the best in the list on rumors according to which the group is close to being awarded an important order in Azerbaijan. But the positive opinion expressed today by a report by Morgan Stanley also moved the shares. The US broker writes that "we are positioning ourselves positively on Saipem in view of the expected second quarter results in line with the consensus". According to Morgan Stanley, which maintains the "Overweight" rating with an "Attractive" industrial vision and a target price of 5,8 euros, the catalyst elements are "decisions on contracts, movements in working capital and outlooks on orders.
