The share of the Sienese bank, which had reached an all-time low again this morning at 0.515 euros, gained almost 15% around 45 pm, only to then correct shortly after around +36% – Carige and the other banks were also flying.

Stock market twist: after days of heavy losses, the banks reversed course. In particular to lead the rescue is Monte dei Paschi, which in the last month has lost almost 60% of its value and which this morning still reached an all-time low of 0,515 euro per share: in the early afternoon the Tuscan bank, which he had already given signs of awakening in the late morning, flies literally gaining, just before 15 pm, almost 45% a 0,7375 euros. After a few minutes the figure drops slightly, marking a gain of 36% a 0,695 euro.

The other banks are also following MPS: Unicredit and Bper earn more than 7% respectively a 5,59 and 3,974 euros, while Bpm, Ubi Banca, Banco Popolare also marked significant increases (all three around +6%), Intesa Sanpaolo with over 3%, and Carige, which dates back to 0,8685 euro after opening at 0,66 (+35% approximately).
