Stock market, spotlight on Telecom, purchases on banks

Piazza Affari rises on the wave of the rescue of Monte Paschi, which gives tone to the banking sector. Some thrills are guaranteed by the rumors about Telecom, at the center of the rumors about a possible castling in an anti-takeover function.

Qatar, which withdrew in extremis from the intervention in Siena, has directed its attention towards the next capital increase of Unicredit +1,9%: the institute has collected the confirmation of the BBB+ rating by Fitch. Both Bpm and Banco Popolare are on positive ground (both +2.%) now one step away from the longed-for wedding. Ubi also rises +2%: the government decree will be extended to the banks subject to resolution a year ago pursuant to the bail-in.

Meanwhile, the spread between Italian and German ten-year bonds restarts from 158,9 basis points with a yield of 1,85%.
