The speculative appeal on securities has evidently disappeared, while a rejection of the Sator-Palladio plan, an alternative to that of Unipol, is looming, if only for the risk of having to pay substantial penalties. Premafin's board of directors should still meet on Thursday to examine the project by Matteo Arpe and Roberto Meneguzzo.
