Yesterday Mediaset and its subsidiary Mediaset Espana authorized the launch of a study on the integration project and the development of a single activity in the pay-TV sector with the aim of creating a new company to which 100% of Mediaset Premium will be transferred (Italy) and 22% of Digital +.
An evaluation – explains the Biscione – which will tend to examine its potential international growth, possible synergies, the expansion of over-the-top services as well as “the possible participation of industrial and financial partners in the company”.
