Brilliant debut for Lucisano Media Group on the Stock Exchange, on the Aim Italia list. The company active in production and distribution in the film and television sector raised 6,35 million in the placement phase and the free float at the time of admission was 12,25% with a capitalization of 51,85 million euro. Compared to the value of the placement, the shares gained more than 5% in the late morning.
The launch of Lucisano Media Group on Aim Italia is the 13th debut since the beginning of the year within the list dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises and is the third in the film sector. Lucisano Media Group will also be included tomorrow in the basket of the Ftse aim Italia index, which today has 49 companies.
