These would be three French companies, one German and one US.
The subsidiary of Finmeccanica and the Cinven investment fund (respectively with 14 and 81%) could be sold for an amount between 300 and 400 million euros. However, the Italian group could choose to keep its stake in Avio Spazio even if Cinven decides to sell. Banca Akros analysts estimate that Finmeccanica could collect 42/56 million euros from the sale of its stake.
Purchases of Finmeccanica stock are also supported by good rise by Ansaldo Sts, in turn determined by the assessments of Equita Sim analysts regarding extraordinary transactions and the business in Qatar.
