The Milan Stock Exchange zeroed its losses and by mid-morning was in positive territory (+0,3%), achieving the best performance in Europe, given that in the same minutes the other main continental stock exchanges were in the red: London and Paris -0,5%, Frankfurt -0,3%.
The turning point on the Ftse Mib came thanks to the recovery of bank shares. Leading the sprint is the Banca Popolare di Milano (+2,7%), best title of Piazza Affari, followed by Intesa Sanpaolo (+ 2,18%), Banco Popolare (+ 2,17%), Where's Banca (+ 1,64%), Mediobanca (+ 1,47%) and Unicredit (+ 1%).
