Italiaonline renounces listing on the Stock Exchange. According to various sources, the internet company of the Virgilio and Libero portals, controlled by the Egyptian Naguib Sawiris and led by CEO Antonio Converti, is said to be ready to withdraw the listing process that had set the arrival at Piazza Affari for next 14 October.
The company's decision could be explained by the conditions of the financial markets, which are not currently considered suitable for the public sale offer that was presented by Italiaonline to investors.
