The latter also ensured the complete success of the operation, also guaranteeing the subscription of any shares that may not be subscribed or placed with entrepreneurs and strategic investors. In the ordinary session, the shareholders resolved to amend the 2012-2022 stock option plan, reducing the options from a maximum of 237.222 to 2.373. Instead, the shareholders' meeting decided to postpone the proposal to reduce the number of directors following resignations.
