The l'Espresso group jumps on the stock market, where it gains 3,43% at 1,69 euros, after the agreement on multiplexes with Telecom Italia Media, which after yesterday's +12,7% is instead down 2,52% .
The agreement, which according to what was anticipated yesterday by Radiocor should be signed tomorrow, provides for the integration of the four frequencies (two controlled by Telecom Italia and two by l'Espresso) instead of the five hypothesized in an initial phase of the negotiation, when the the entire alliance was valued at around 500 million euros.
In the short to medium term, both shareholders are expected to leave the frequency company's capital, also in the light of the interest already shown by some infrastructure funds.
