The same price must therefore be offered to all those who have already accepted the takeover bid and to those who will adhere in the next few days, since the acceptance period has been postponed to 17 April.

At this point, the shares of Atlantic1 in the hands of Blackstone are close to the minimum target of 30%, which will allow the American group to exercise a certain influence on the governance of the fund managed by Fimit.

On April 2, the shareholders of Atlantic 1 had already seen the offer price rise to 320 euros from the initial 295.
