Generali on the shields on the day of publication of the accounts for the first quarter, results above expectations. The shares immediately jumped at the opening of the session in Piazza Affari and now mark a gain of 2%, settling at around 14,90 euros per share. The insurance company closed the first three months of 2013 with a profit of 603 million, up 6,3% from last year.
