According to the Financial Times, Fiat-Chrysler he would risk a fine of 200 million from the EU Commission, which disputes the preferential taxation at 1% as State aid Luxembourg for the financial activities of the group. 

"The fine indicated by Ft - write the analysts of Intermonte - would be equal to about 1% of the capitalization of FCA (about 2% after the Ferrari spin-off)". The news, the analysts conclude, is "negative, even if we think that FCA has the possibility of appealing to defend its actions".

On the other hand, already in October 2014, FCA had communicated that it did not consider having to pay any penalty for activities carried out in compliance with the rules of an EU country. 

Meanwhile, today is expected communication of the Ferrari share price in view of the debut tomorrow on Wall Street. “We expect a pricing of Ferrari at 52 dollars per share, at the top of the range but not above the range – comment the Intermonte experts -, with the possibility of a positive reaction of the stock after listing”.
