The Rcs rush to Piazza Affari continues. The title of the publishing group, after having recorded a rise of 26% yesterday, continues the rally and is suspended in volatility auction with a theoretical gain of more than 13%, at €1,957 per share. The exchanges are very intense.
The Rcs quotations are driven by speculation on the reorganization, above all in the light the clear strengthening of Fiat within the shareholding structure: after the capital increase, Lingotto will be the first shareholder of the group, with over 20% of the capital.
In addition to the position of Diego Della Valle, still to be clarified, some doubts remain about the possible division of the company, while Consob could evaluate the obligation of a takeover bid by Fiat and the other shareholders adhering to the agreement.
