It's not an easy debut for Cerved in Piazza Affari, the second listing of the year on the MTA after Anima. On the first day of trading, the share of the business information company opened at 4,79 euros, down 6% on the placement price (5,1 euros). By mid-morning the red was reduced to -4,87%, with shares trading at 4,876 euros.

During the placement stage, Cerved raised around 490 million euro with a capitalization of around 995 million euro. Banca Imi acted as sponsor and UniCredit as placement manager. Mediobanca and JP Morgan were the coordinators of the global sales offer.
