The title of. shines in Piazza Affari Saipem, which shortly after the opening comes to gain 4,2%, to 0,4139 euros, achieving the best rise in the Ftse Eb. In the same minutes, the main index of the Milan Stock Exchange travels negative by 0,9%.
Two factors triggered the purchases on the plant engineering company of the Eni group. First the judgment of Jefferies, which promoted the share from "underperform" to "hold", while limiting the target price from 0,45 to 0,43 euro per share.
Secondly, Saipem also benefited from the increase in the oil price, which extended its gains to Asian markets: WTI jumped 67 cents to 36,59 dollars a barrel, while Brent gained 75 cents to 39,42 dollars a barrel.
The rise in quotations encourages purchases of oil stocks throughout Europe. In Milan Tenaris +0,7%, while Eni travels on parity, however resisting the sales that are hitting the price list.
