The Ligresti galaxy collapses on the stock market. In the aftermath of Board of Fonsai, which has put forward a proposal on the terms of the share swaps as part of the merger with Unipol, all the shares of the companies involved in the maxi-transaction register strong sales and lose ground in Piazza Affari. In detail, around 10 am, Milano Assicurazioni lost 9%, Fonsai 7,6%, Premafin 5,7%, while the Emilia-based Unipol lost 0,7%.
Fonsai, in the future maxi-insurance pole, sees the Bologna company with 61%, itself with 27,45%, Milano Assicurazioni with 10,7% and Premafin with 0,85%. However, the proposal will have to be examined by the other companies involved in the restructuring, and sees Unipol in particular as rather "cold".
