Credito Valtellinese flies to the Stock Exchange. The share of the institute based in Sondrio rose by 7,60% in the mid-morning, after also being suspended from trading due to an excessive rise.

Two main factors contribute to pushing the prices of the banking group. The first is the announcement of the capital increase, which received the green light from the company's Board of Directors. The second are the financial statement results for 2013: Credito Valtellinese closed the year with a net profit of 11,7 million euro and a net operating result of 324 million euro (+16,7% y/y) thanks to interventions to contain operating costs (-5,6% y/y).
